She is very easy to work with, highly competent and resourceful in handling anything that comes up during the selling process. I live in California, selling a home in Nashville and so I needed to find someone I quickly trusted, a great communicator and knew the local market and Erika is that! I always knew what she was doing to sell my home, the dashboard was also informative on home views, feedback and she quickly resolved a couple things that came up such as finding the buyer another loan processor when theirs fell through with just 10 days to closing. Highly recommend!

I could not recommend a better realtor (or human) in the Nashville area.
